This company is NOT verified by PayPal. They do redirect purchases to PayPal but PayPal will decline the payment. Yes, it will show up on your banking as "pending". You may need to contact PayPal to make sure it's declined. Worth the hassle though.

“Absolutely do not order from this place!!! I placed an order for over $100 and only received a part of my order I sent emails and made phone calls. They did not respond and the manager hung up on me. They are a poor excuse for business people!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!”
“Order #2000094411. Customer service email address is bogus. They don't refund money for out of stock items even tho the money was paid upfront thru paypal. They have lousy communications about order fulfillment. I even called them about refunding my money for items I paid for that were out of stock and nothing was done and no refund issued. They told me that if i didnt see a refund it would be my banks problem not theirs. I will NEVER buy online from this place again. They steal from you.”
“I purchased some fabrics from this new company that I found online. One of the fabric that were come with 5 yards in one order. When the package came. I put them up on the shelf. I didn’t check the bag Till this week I want to use it for my order. ( I works for wholesale and custom made. I never count the yardages when they came in. Cause it’s lot of work). I never have issued and mistakes and not company I have with many years.) I realized I just received one yard. There’s still original shipping bag, label. I though that should be enough evidence to told them there’s missing yards. I called their company. Also emailed their manager. ( the company sale manage usually I emailed and asked for fabric advise, he usually friendly replied. When I asked them about this issue I got no replies and even rejected. That is find there’s many fabric supplies in USA. I don’t think I will do any business with them again.”

“I ordered some fabric on Feb 21st with no issues. I went back to order the same fabric on mar 3 and could not log into the site nor could I find the fabric that i ordered on Feb 21st. I called customer service and they were absolutely no help, as they told me they would fix my account access and I still am unable to find or order the fabric that I need. I called back Mar 7 and the line keeps hanging up on me after it rings 3 or 4 times ...”
“The fabric I ordered and the fabric I got are two completely different colors. I immediately emailed customer service and asked for a refund and have not heard a word in return. So far, I'd have to say my experience is pretty awful.”
