“Still have not received package”

Dear Sarah thankyou for your review, if you had contacted us via our customercare@thebonniemob email, we would have been able to help track your package for you? Standard delivery can take up to 12 days from the UK to the USA, as noted on our Delivery pages) we are very sorry if it took longer than that and hope you have now recieved the goods and are happy with our quality and designs?

“Dear Bonniemob team, I ordered two beautiful dresses, please see the order confirmation below. My daughter was wearing the pink one twice now (not to Kindergarden or anything intense) and this is how it looks: image1.jpeg The hem is completely fringed. This is not the quality I expected. I would appreciate a replacement with a new one. Many thanks and best regards Juliane Heubner”

Dear Juliane, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are sorry that you have received a garment with an issue.
