“Great idea but didn't really work for me. The sizing of the clothes was just too inconsistent (not their fault, the brand's fault!) Even getting stuff from the same brand it was always a risk it would be too big or too small and the size guides on the site all seem to say 'true to size' so no real help.”
“Love the concept & I think once they nail the customer service I would easily give it 5 stars. My biggest issue is that every time I’ve tried to send back a box (when a new one is delivered) the DPD team have been unable to pick it up as it hasn’t been logged. The issue seems to be that it hasn’t been logged as a pick up as well as a delivery. I’ve then had to get in contact with customer service myself and sort it. They are very friendly at the other end, but it’s quite a lot of faff. I’ve stuck with it as I know they are a small business just starting out and I want to support the concept, but I hope they manage to fix that element going forward. That being said, every time I’ve had an issue with an item, they’ve sent a replacement ASAP which has been much appreciated and definitely kept me coming back!”

We're working closely with our delivery partners to provide a much more seamless delivery and collection experience - we use DPD's Swap It service as standard however during busy periods, they can sometimes split the delivery and collection service. We're always trying to get better and will feed this back!
