The clothing quality is fine, but make sure you know what size to order. Returns should be made easier to do. Also, you do not get a refund, you get store credit, which is fine, if you order from them often... This was my first and probably last order.

The dress doesn’t fit properly so I have been trying to return it. I followed the size guide carefully and it does not fit. The returns process has been near impossible. First, I tried to return via their website where the only option is to exchange. Then I emailed, texted, called, and used live chat to no resolve. Could someone please contact me about my return?? FYI… they are not responsive to Returns.
Trying to get return information and receiving no communication back from the company. I have called and told to email. I have don live chat who encouraged me to text and then to call. Still no response. Chat told me to hold on to all communication.

I’ve never heard of such a thing! If they were being honest, they would make this very obvious before you can place the order but you only need to learn this when you look into the returns.
