I saw that the dress was not gonna reach me in time and I called the customer service line and they went above and beyond to make sure that my mom‘s dress was here before my niece‘s wedding. I would just suggest adding a processing time to the express delivery option because when purchasing express shipping you assume that your order will go out the same business day or the next business day.
