Been using for a few years and the last order was terrible. Waited over a month for order and then there were items missing. I had to email to get the refund you’d think how long it took the order would be right. Don’t think I will be using again.

Unfortunately my first order appears to have been lost by the courier who was DPD and I'm not surprised, they are useless. When the order was subsequently to be sent again it never left the premises and after 4 days waiting I had to cancel altogether and request a refund. Not an auspicious start. I subsequently haven't re-ordered.

Absolutely shocking! 2 delivered orders both completely filled with rotten meat.
Customer service is atrocious. Requested a full refund and still waiting.
