“ Very disappointing indeed! Food looked as if it had been pre frozen bits of smashed bones in the chops and drumsticks. Sausage was due to say it was packed completely flat. Bones sticking out of chicken wings. Beef burgers short and misformed in shape. Refund received was not sufficient to cover the meat that we were unable to use. ”

Great value for money Now not so good... Topside Beef joints not been good so not buying them anymore Twice now i have had items missing..They do refund straightaway but it still means a trip to Tesco which i really wanted to avoid ”

“ every item was under weight , lamb was bad , over 2weeks before they wanted proof then a form for a refund , weeks later still nothing . Avoid. ”

“ Not Happy, booked my order in chose the day and waited in for my delivery, checked my tracking with DDP and it just said order not being delivered due to it being perishable ? Tried to contact The Fat Butcher and the only contact was email, it took a number of emails as the response was very slow, the parcel had reached the DDP depot but that's where it stayed i am thinking it's been stolen ? The email reply just kept going no where to solve this and the the reply just stopped i asked for a refund but just had a new delivery arranged by The Fat Butcher and for a day the following week that I wouldn't be at home to receive the parcel, so the conclusion is the customer service is not fit for purpose and there courier DDP are unreliable and they don't take any notice of customer requests. ”

“ I used to love fat butcher v good value for money but if everything doesn’t last … I had chicken legs in the fridge for two days opened them and the smell was awful … also previous orders haven’t been great and I’ve been given a refund … such a shame such good bargains erc ”
