“Unfortunately my first order appears to have been lost by the courier who was DPD and I'm not surprised, they are useless. When the order was subsequently to be sent again it never left the premises and after 4 days waiting I had to cancel altogether and request a refund. Not an auspicious start. I subsequently haven't re-ordered.”

“Chicken was off due to Dpd not delivering it when they were supposed to. I complained to Fat butcher and i filled out there form and heard nothing from them so out of pocket and no meat. So wont use them again.”

“Such high hopes but following 2 orders we will never order again. 1st order late, no explanation. 2nd order delayed for 3 days- a small part of it arrived, some of it was rotten. Had to chase the rest of it, (after completing forms, sending dates, emails, screenshots and evidence) it finally arrived 12 days after original delivery date, and 2 items missing. No apology, no explanation. VERY UNRELIABLE. When placing large orders people empty their freezers, plan family events, but are left completely in the dark about when orders will arrive, if the contents are correct, and indeed edible! Very disappointed, will not recommend. Wish I had read trust pilot before ordering- a complete overhaul of your online business needs looking at, along with customer service”
