“First order and the service was great. The items ordered were delivered at the time chosen and packed really well in cool boxes. The quality of the meat is amazing with all of the items being really tasty. Will Absolutely be using these as my butcher going forward.”

“I’m extremely disappointed with The Fat Butcher’s customer service. I ordered during a promotion advertised as “Buy a joint of beef for £11.99 and get two joints free.” This offer was later changed/removed after ordering. I contacted customer service and was told three separate times that someone would get back to me within 48 hours — this never happened. Eventually I was offered £35 compensation, even though my order total was £107. I never received that compensation either. After weeks of chasing, I had no choice but to go through my bank to get my money back, which should never be necessary. I have screenshots of the offer and all communication. Very poor handling of the situation and I wouldn’t recommend based on this experience”

“We have ordered twice from The Fat Butcher and are exteremly impressed with the quailty. All the meat we have had has been exceptional from the lamb leg, pork belly, sausage, chicken to the mince, both beef and lamb. We like to take advantage of the special offers but freezer space doesn't allow for us to indulge in all of them. The delivery is great as you can choose when it is best for you. We will definately continue to use them and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. In fact we are spreading the word amongst all of our family and friends. Keep up the good work guys.”

“I wouuld decribe the Fat Butcher products as a 'mixed bag' Some is very good, and some not so. The mince is excellent, but aftter three lots of BBQ pork ribs I cannot say the same. The lst set of ribs were f- substandards, chewy after three hours slow cooking. Gammon is variable, but the diced beef is very good. So, as you can see, the experience of shopping with the Fat Butcher is variable.I also find the delivery charges excessice”

“Excellent food, very well packed, nice an chilled. Vac packed ready for the freezer or fridge. The only snag that i have is, the amount of meat i have to order,to get cheaper postage is £45. Theres only 2 in our household.”

“Turned to using The Fat Butcher as I have no good butchers near me and got fed up with the price and quality of supermarket products. The meat is always good and comes well packaged and on time. If you like a good steak there’s plenty to choose from. Would highly recommend Fat Butcher.”
