Not this time, the meat arrived in its chilled box and perfect on arrival, my wife proceeded to catalogue everything and it was spot on!
We even shared some pictures with some friends who were equally incredulous about how much was there for the price, and wanted to know (like I did) what it tasted like and cooked like before committing further.

While I am more than happy with the meat I would like to express my concerns over delivery. My last 3 orders have arrived over 24 hours late which is a bit of a concern for fresh meat. Maybe look at a more efficient delivery service!

Delivery was exactly on the day requested and contents were wll packed and still perfectly cold enough.

While I haven't got no complaints about the excellent meats this is the first time complaint about customers service .I asked 5/6 days before delivery to add to the delivery got a reply to acknowledge this told them what was needed and it never happened as they said after I chased up it was to late which is extra cost to me as a penioner who has got nany people on to The Fat Butcher due to the normally excellent service and meats as meats are nothing if you haven't great customer service

Very disappointing indeed!
Food looked as if it had been pre frozen bits of smashed bones in the chops and drumsticks. Sausage was due to say it was packed completely flat. Bones sticking out of chicken wings. Beef burgers short and misformed in shape. Refund received was not sufficient to cover the meat that we were unable to use.
