“Didn't receive my order as DPD didn't follow instructions. Awful customer service from the fat butcher. Delivery was 31.12.25 and still no replacement or refund .no response from emails....now raising a dispute with my payment method. Avoid!”

“Nearly without exception, my family and I have been extremely happy with what we have purchased from you - thank you! Fantastic! .... and we will be ordering again. If I may grumble about 1 thing (and it really is the only thing), it pains me to say, is the sausages..... those were massively disappointing, even by sight they don't look good, but eating, deifinately not something we would order again, subsequently, would not order any 'special' which includes sausages.”

“Absolutely love the fat butcher, have had the Xmas meat hamper, lamb chops and also the ribeye steaks. Cannot fault anything that I have had, but must say that the ribeye steaks were outstanding. Will do a video review next time, so I can show exactly what you get. Well done to the Fat Butcher for supplying great quality at fantastic prices.”

“Honest review from a current user who is still using company I'll start with the good Sausages, Lamb, pork, bacon, mince and chicken all good..delivery and customer service very good. Great value for money Now not so good... Topside Beef joints not been good so not buying them anymore Twice now i have had items missing..They do refund straightaway but it still means a trip to Tesco which i really wanted to avoid”

“Buying meat that you haven’t seen is a big risk, you don’t know what you’re going to get. That was my thought when I made my first purchase from “The Fat Butcher”. I opened the first purchase with trepidation, what have I bought. I’d bought a parcel of first class meats, and that has been the result in every purchase I’ve made since. Low Price - High Quality.”
