“Great company. I love ordering from them. They have great products and really love their huge range of own brand. Everything feels fresh and natural. I chose 2nd class post as my order wasn't urgent but it still got to me in 3 days. I love the sale section, you get to try something new at a cheaper price”

“The service from the Hay Experts is always second to none. On the very few occasions I have had to contact them, I have been impressed by the personal service and how quickly any issue was resolved. Most products are top class and I love their attention to detail (little gifts in with my order). I simply wouldn't go anywhere else, 10 out of 10!”

“Order eventually arrived re postal strike. Driver was great very polite nice man. I have a query green oat normally have seeds on this didn't and it was cut very short no good for hay racks but piggies loved it. Regards sandra”

“The Hay Experts are a great company. They’ve been helpful when I called them. Actual people answering the phone promptly. I have a regular order of pear which my bunny adores. He will not touch anything else. He will throw out anything else. Always packed well.”
