“Would be 5* if products mine like, were in stock more often or if the email back in stock notification always worked. There again suppose it's because products are so good”

“I'm so glad my vet was knowledgeable enough to speak to me about the Hay Experts when I got my first rabbit ! Fresh hay and just better products than the pet shops. My little spoilt bunny only likes her hay from here and they have a lot of other products and they all seem very good ! Have ordered a few myself. Only a shame that they're out of stock on hay sometimes and weekly subscriptions can pile up behind but I guess that's nobody's fault.”

“My guinea pigs love the green wheat forage hay so much that I have to put it in a bag and ask them to "forage" for it - otherwise they'd eat it until they went pop!”

“My 3 piggies loved the hay and treats inside! They struggled to eat it out of the cut out holes however. I opened the top of the box and they throughly enjoyed it them. I would recommend as enrichment but do open the box if they not overly chewy piggies x”

“Product is excellent & Deans Hay is the only hay my rabbits will eat. Ordered 2 large bags and delivery was quick but I was disappointed that they arrived in two separate boxes 10mins apart! I thought there had been a mistake with the quantity & was in the process of emailing customer services when there was a knock at the door & the 2nd box was delivered (same delivery company but different driver)!”

“Really glad to have found The Hay Experts as they are the only supplier for our piggies' hay in our area. Reminders are helpful as we can gauge how much our piggies have had, but so far it's been pretty good with the frequency. Postage is a bit pricey, costing more than the actual item we purchase, but I doubt there's anything that can be done to avoid that!”

We're doing all we can to balance a reliable and efficient delivery service with cost - particularly in the current climate, but it's not easy, as I am sure you can imagine!! We do offer free delivery on orders over £50 along with a discount on subscription orders, and we'll continue to do all we can to offer a cost-effective, and efficient delivery service.
