Product is excellent & Deans Hay is the only hay my rabbits will eat.
Ordered 2 large bags and delivery was quick but I was disappointed that they arrived in two separate boxes 10mins apart! I thought there had been a mistake with the quantity & was in the process of emailing customer services when there was a knock at the door & the 2nd box was delivered (same delivery company but different driver)!
