“Hay experts are always my go to for all me bunnies needs”

“Excellent company to buy items for my two bunnies. Lots of choices in terms of dried herbs, forage and treats and toys. Many items are available in smaller packs which is great for trying out new food. Excellent customer service and very friendly staff who do their best to be helpful and suggest alternatives if necessary. The Hay Experts was recommended to me by the lady who looks after my bunnies and I am so glad of it.”

“I cannot praise the Hay Experts enough, they are so helpful and go that extra step to make sure my order is just right. On the phone they are knowledgeable and suggest useful alternatives an item isn't available or a hay isn't the right cut. This is true customer service that very few organisations offer these days. Well done and many thanks!”

“I contacted The Hay Experts as I had made a mistake with my order. Louisa was quick to respond and to sort out the error for me. I received my items within a few days all was carefully packaged. I would happily shop with them again.”

“These came quickly.Package securely.good variety of treats.these burgess heart treats can be hand fed.....I've 11 guinea pigs and there are enough to go round for a week.”

“My order arrived quickly and in good condition; there was a lot of packaging, but the item is made of glass, so necessary. There was also a free pack of dried parsnips for my guinea pig - a very nice touch!”
