“I’ve been using Hay Experts for a long time now, and have ordered from them many times. I’ve never had an issue with anything from them. Despatch and delivery is always quick and things always arrive in perfect condition every time. Their range of items is always good and prices are competitive. I also love their own brand range of dried forage items and treats, much better quality than anything else I’ve found and tried. And Keith hoovers up every crumb every time he gets them. I would 100% recommend them to anyone with small mammal pets.”

“Always happy ordering from this website. My bunny loved the rabbit but the carrots inside are easy to take out even though it says it’s glazed so it’s harder to take out.. not the case. Roo had half the carrots taken out within seconds. Very tasty for him though.”

“I have been ordering from The Hay Experts for some years and have always received brilliant customer service. My orders are always packed with care and arrive quickly - the little seasonal chocolates for humans at Valentine's, Halloween and Christmas are very thoughtful. The main reason I keep returning as a customer, is the excellent range of own brand and branded products that are available - they are the best quality and reasonably priced too.
