“The quality of their clothes can be quite hit or miss. While the designs are unique and everything I would want from a retro brand, expect to see some loose stitching and occasional missing buttons/beads, which is disappointing for how expensive everything is. However, the clothes are very accurate to their retro predecessors, which is something I have never seen any modern shop successfully recreate and definetly makes me want to purchase from them again!”

“Customer service is always extremely fast and helpful! I’ve only ever had one issue during shipping (that wasn’t the companies fault at all) and they were incredibly kind and they went out of their way to help resolve it. I own multiple pieces from a few different collections and every piece is gorgeous, beautifully unique and fits exactly how I hoped. The packaging is also always really well done and I love the little postcards that are included! They make the experience feel a little more personal which is always really nice. Such an incredible sustainable brand with brilliant customer service and inspiring collections that have evidently had hearts and souls poured into them! ❤️”

“Beautiful clothing, but I’ve found that the sizing is very strange. I bought a pair of flares in a size 6, however when I tried them on they were at least a size 10. They were a good 8 inches longer than other pairs of flares i own, and adjusting them would completely ruin the shape of them. I checked with customer service, and they said that they were the correct size, despite being absolutely huge. This was also strange, as a shirt I bought a few weeks prior in the same size came up very small on me, which is rare as I am a very petite person. So overall the sizing seems really inconsistent. As well as this, I only noticed this recently, so can’t return it, but said shirt has two mismatched buttons, ie they’re from a different fabric pattern. I would love to be able to buy from here again, as the clothes are absolutely my style, but I would probably only do so if there was a sizing chart and/or exact measurements easily visible when purchasing, especially as you have to pay for returns.”

“the most beautiful, one of a kind pieces that are such a dreamy reflection of the 60s and 70s 🌻 they capture the eclectic psychedelia vibes better than anyone! not to mention they’re a sustainable, slow fashion brand so they’re kind to the planet which is so important to me when choosing who to shop with 🧡💫 they obviously put so much heart and soul into their collections and i love styling every piece as the design and quality is perfect 🌞 customer service is also a small 10/10, they’re lovely & always so helpful 💛🌸”

“the products are of course amazing. however, this time around, the order took wayyy longer than stated to arrive, and I was a little disappointed in their customer service. but I was so happy with the items when they finally arrived (20 days late)”

“The looks are so cute, but the quality can be hit or miss, which is fine for me since I use them for theature costumes and not showing them close up. However, once I bought a pair of jeans, based on their size chart, and after I received them, found their actual measurements were smaller than the chart and they had since updated the listing to say to size up. When I contacted customer service they made me pay for return shipping to exchange them for a larger size, and the new pair I received had the button fall off the first time I put them on, they were only held on by a loose thread. They were a $100 pair of jeans, which I only bought because they matched the jacket for a set. I would buy again from them for a really unique one of a kind design, but for pieces I can buy similar elsewhere I would probably do that.”

“Absolutely love this shop! They have amazing pieces and the customer service is great. You can tell the clothing is well made and the selection they have is amazing! I believe their sizing does pretty well as far as inclusivity goes too. As far as customer service is concerned, I've contacted them twice (once for a sizing question another for a package related question). Both times, they responded between 1-2 days and were nothing short of helpful and kind! The team that runs the Hippie Shake is a dream and I WILL be shopping with them again.”

“I love love love this brand! The clothes are beautifully made and delivered speedily, and best of all are true to size - no need for double ordering to check sizing and therefore no need for returns. They always have cute little touches like postcards and have even sent me a free gift. Recommended!”
