Ordered pond liner plus underlay which were delivered next day as stated, well wrapped. Sadly due to extreme weather temperature put plans to redo pond liner and underlay on hold as to not put further stress on fish. Pond liner and underlay still in packaging as safer to leave wrapped up at the moment so as not to damage it. Hoping both will be fine when finally get around to it.”

“My 6m x 6m PVC pond liner arrived next day delivery. A short while later I laid it out flat and discovered that one of the taped seams had not been taped accuratley which left a 20cm hole. Fortunately I managed to place the liner so that the hole was on dry ground so was able to continue to fill the pond. There are obviously some quality control concerns.”

“I ordered 26 square meters of underlay (13 x 2). The roll had 13m written on in chalk but when I rolled it out and measured it it was actually 12.35m. Good job I over estimated!”

The quality of the liner is really good. We're both in our seventies and wanted a liner that was flexible and easy to fit, which it was. The pond is now ready for plants to be added. “Product great, Shipping by FedEx not so. All well-packaged and as-described. The Fed-ex tracking app is poor, and they failed delivery twice. I have to say their customer service is excellent when there is a problem, they even called me out of hours to reassure me - but this is a review for The Pond People, not FedEx. Maybe they should consider alternate shipping options though.”
