“I bought a laminate floor Swiss Kona make,after fitting it (Il'm a builder) it squeeked constantly. Called your falkirk depot to report thus issue ,month went by no response. Called again ,Fitter sent out to assess,fitting off product not a issue in his words he would report .month went by nothing done about this issue .manager again sent out Fitter to check again 1 wk before Christmas, no issue with installation he said . 23rd off February and I still haven't had a response from wooden floor store or manufacturer off flooring. Customer service shocking.still squeaky floor.”

“Do not buy the Spc vinyl waterproof click flooring it’s advertised as being scratch proof and has 10 year warranty. I noticed scratches on it got in contact with the Belfast company and they blamed me and refused to fix it. Even though the scratches are in places where no furniture could fit. Do not buy from wooden floor company Boucher rd. There is no after care offered even though they advertise it.”

“What went wrong..🤔you have to travel to back of beyond to pick it up,there recomended fitter turns up,leaves him to get on with it(empty flat)..10 mins gone phones and hes charging his phone,blews a fuse..leaves to come back do floors next day…didnt finish job but says come back,made plan for one night,didnt come..then ignores all further txts..shop not really interested..so if offered Craig to fit..avoid not reliable..they werent cheapest but thought good company..just shows you”
