“If I could leave a no star review I would. This company makes money through extortion of teenagers who have just passed their driving test. Whoever you speak to will be a fantastic sales person, enthusiastic and reassuring, but once your locked in, you're in for a frustrating and expensive journey. Avoid this company, pay more for your teenagers insurance as the hidden charges you will incur, and the threatening phone calls your child will have to endure are too stressful.”

“AVOID This broker is dodgy AVOID THEM if you cancel in the agreed cooling of period they will take all of your money and go against there own policy. They lie too your face even when u can prove that you canceled in the 14 days. They have stolen my sons complete deposit. I am now preparing to take legal action against them. Please people do not take a policy with think insurance they are scammers.”

“I took insurance out with Think Insurance who gave me a good quote on a motor home. Unfortunately 6 weeks after purchasing this I had to ask for a full refund from the company I purchased it from due to many issues. I no longer needed the insurance so contacted Think expecting to loose around half of my policy I paid for up front. This was not to be the case. I paid £206 for one years insurance but after eight weeks of waiting for a refund I received just £ 56 as a refund, I was initially informed by letter if would be £ 62 but no not even that. I would never recommend them to anyone, they have taken 75% of a years policy that was running for 6 weeks with no claims.”
“Not happy. Been with this company four years... DD bounced yesterday by genuine mistake and within 24hrs they were demanding a £45 fee for the policy to remain active. Was told not to bother making a complaint would be wasting my own time. Had no choice but to pay and of course they immediately set the DD back up no issues with the click of a button. Thieving ***ts.”
