“I love how luxe and unique your lingerie is and I really appreciate the quick shipping and the packaging. I had been following you for a long time but at one point you didn’t carry the size that I was in at the time (2x/3x). My size has since changed, but I really very deeply appreciated you becoming more size inclusive. Everyone deserves to feel as beautiful and confident as your Thistle and Spire makes me feel.”

“Unfortunately, the customer service has not been overly helpful. I was expecting a higher level of service, given that the company advertises that they want customers to love their products. Being in Canada, it would cost me half the price of the bodysuit in order to send the return and then pay for shipping again for another size.”

For international orders, we offer refunds via the below process: Return your order for a flat fee of $20 USD, and get a refund to your original payment method. Fee is reduced to $10 for Store Credit returns. We’re all about quality not quantity and shipping costs are high, so please forgive us splitting the cost with you. xx
