“I’ve been looking forward to purchasing this set for a long time and saved money for it. I was extremely disappointed at the quality of the pieces. I could get the same quality on amazon for half the price.”

“Unfortunately, the customer service has not been overly helpful. I was expecting a higher level of service, given that the company advertises that they want customers to love their products. Being in Canada, it would cost me half the price of the bodysuit in order to send the return and then pay for shipping again for another size.”

For international orders, we offer refunds via the below process: Return your order for a flat fee of $20 USD, and get a refund to your original payment method. Fee is reduced to $10 for Store Credit returns. We’re all about quality not quantity and shipping costs are high, so please forgive us splitting the cost with you. xx

“I have had trouble making the return on this item. The site says the order number is not found. The order was written and is typed correctly. The item to return is not final sale. I sent email via website to you and it referred me back to the same return site that does not find the order number. Quite frustrating.”

“Poor. The bodysuit was so badly designed regarding average body shape I have no idea how anybody is supposed to wear it. Makes me not trust any other products being well designed.”

“Disliking it more and more as I fill out this "review" and your changing my ratings. Plus, I am between a size six and eight. Your sizes got 4-6 and 8-10. Where is the logic in that?”

“Cute bra but as someone who is very busty it offers very little support. It doesn’t make my cleavage look great and I just spent $70 on an unflattering bra. Only made for small breasted women I’m afraid.”

“As of right now, 2 star - I sized up according to recommendation, and adjusted the straps - and the bra was extremely comfortable for about 10 minutes before the wire broke through, by 20 minutes the wire V had ripped through completely and turned sideways. I had worn it for less than a day. However, I think this may have been a factory malfunction and hopefully will hear from customer service soon about a replacement. With the exception of the wire malfunction, I wish the shoulder straps were fully adjustable instead of only partially. Otherwise it is a beautiful piece. I emailed CS on a Saturday, when the line is closed - so I cannot rate their service yet as they are most likely still working through emails from the weekend. The low star CS rating is a place holder.”

“This is a beautiful piece that looked super sexy for one whole night until the white V wire in the center came poking out tearing right through the casing. Really disappointing for a brand new (and not cheap!) piece.”

“Really disappointed in the quality of the pieces. When you're ordering a brand new piece I personally don't think it should be covered in loose threads all over, snags, and the lace should not have holes. I thought the wash bag was a nice touch but you should be able to request not to have one come with your order. Yes I could share with people, but most of the people I know also already have delicate laundry bags. Feels very wasteful.”
