“Unfortunately, the customer service has not been overly helpful. I was expecting a higher level of service, given that the company advertises that they want customers to love their products. Being in Canada, it would cost me half the price of the bodysuit in order to send the return and then pay for shipping again for another size.”

For international orders, we offer refunds via the below process: Return your order for a flat fee of $20 USD, and get a refund to your original payment method. Fee is reduced to $10 for Store Credit returns. We’re all about quality not quantity and shipping costs are high, so please forgive us splitting the cost with you. xx

“Sizing is much to small even though adjustments can be made in the straps it doesn't fit as a medium. There was a hole in the mesh as well. I will have to make alterations to it in order to wear.”
