“Ordering was easy and customer service was fast. I screwed up and set the shipping address to my office, which I've only seen twice since Covid, and when I contacted them to get it corrected, they responded very quickly and were able to help. Shipping was fast too. The order went thru on a Monday and I received my new watch on Thursday, despite shipping for the UK to the US.”

“I live in Los Angeles and found an Accurist chronograph watch that I liked. I investigated several shops and websites to find the best offer on purchase of the watch and Tic watches was, by far, the best. Further, they communicated with me quickly and, amazingly, I received the watch within 4 days after purchase, the watch having been shipped by DHL from the UK to Los Angeles. The watch is quality and well-priced. Thank you Tic Watches!”

“I'm in the middle of the U.S. and was internet shopping on a Saturday afternoon. I bought a watch from Tic Watches and a couple of things from camera shops in New York. My new Watch arrived from Tic before my other Saturday purchases - packaged well and quickly delivered by DHL without any shipping charge. I'll buy from Tic Watches again- Great!”

“"I felt obligated to share my experience with TIC Watches after reading some questionable reviews that don't do this company any justice. Just over a year ago (July 2016) I bought a beautiful limited edition Michael Kors watch, just after a a few months an index fell off which was slightly bearable and easy to ignore, but thankfully nearing my 12 month warranty ending it moved position and I called the company who with no hassle told me to send my watch in for repair, I got my watch back within 2 weeks, much earlier than i would have expected. Blasting an independent company claiming they're not genuine with no grounds to make such a claim is misleading and unfair. The customer service and reassurance that I will speak to a real human being who understands my issues is why I will return back to TIC Watches when I need a another 100% genuine and amazing quality watch!"”
