I was one of the first to back Alex fleck and Anthony. I had nothing but great interaction. I guess it was all a facade. Oh by the way they are still taking $50 a month (or trying to) out of my bank account! I can’t stop it because there is no website! Alex and Anthony I can’t wait till you get what you deserve. This is criminal behavior and you should be held responsible.”
“I wish I had quit TPM when my first mystery watch arrived and didn't even come close to adhering to the style and size preferences. I stuck with them though, depositing over $1200 into my Freedom Wallet with them which, after multiple failed attempts to order watches from them that I was told were no longer in stock, I added a little extra to so I could order a couple of newly listed watches I liked the look of back in June 2022. It's now January 2023 and I've just learned that, after I was assured my order was being processed back in August, the company closed in September.
At this point I'm inclined to think that my money was used to seed the founder's new Keeper Box venture and that he never had any intention of sending me the watches I bought and paid for. Thanks for nothing Alex Fleck.”
“The company has $800 of mine in the their Timepiece wallet. Received this long sad message from Alex Fleck, who was one of the company owner/operators, in September saying that the company was closing its business. He stated that those of us with money in our wallets would be notified in a few weeks for some sort of rectification. Have not heard from anyone at Timepiece Monthly. Have personally reached out to Alex Fleck and he will not respond! It’s been over 3 months now. At this point, they have stolen my money. Do not do business with Alex Fleck.”
“Sham business. Alex Fleck appears to have taken the funds and resources from one business and used it to open up a competing watch subscription company, just before shuttering Timepiece Monthly. I lost over $100 of funds to timepiecemonthly.com. I would never trust Alex Fleck or his new company The Keeper Box (thekeeperbox.com). Hopefully these reviews allow others to research for themselves before doing future business with this individual or his companies.”

“Ordered a mystery watch in June 2022 that was promised by July 22nd, 2022. It is now September 20th and the watch has still not arrived. Their customer support is next to nothing and offer no solution to the problem other than telling me that the watch is coming from Europe and it will arrive in a couple weeks each time. Timepiece Monthly will not allow you to cancel your subscription until after the next billing cycle, which means I will be charged for a 2nd mystery watch before I even receive the first. At this point it feels like I have been scammed. You're better off avoiding this company if possible, it seems they are no longer of the same caliber from when they began.”
“I’ve sent 3 emails and left a voice message over the course of several weeks after placing my order and I have received zero response. At this point, I believe the site is a scam. I am seeking a full refund through my credit card company. There a dozens of reputable on line watch retailers. I recommend you try any of them before considering placing an order with Timepiece Monthly.”
