“I was disappointed as the product arrived broken. The plastic casing was smashed. The screwdrivers were all ok but when I pay for something I would like it while and not damaged. To be fair to you guys you offered me a 3.95 refund or a full refund if tools were returned. Only problem with that was you had no more stock of that item. And as I needed the screwdrivers I had no choice but to except the 3.95.”

“Not the one to guive anyone a bad feedback, but I'm giving this 2 stars simply because they delivered it quickly. Their costumer service is totally useless and I'm now stuck with £100 worth of useless tools for over 2 weeks!!!”
