“I ordered a laptop on 3/3/20 it was suppose to be here in 3 to 6 days kept calling no answer finally got in touch with them on 3/18 they said they would send it to I would get it in 3 to 5days as of today still don't have I called them again 3/29 someone answered the phone but couldn't help something was wrong with the computer for me to call back in 15 minutes so I did noone answered call about 3 times still noone answered I been very patience with them I sick of it now I could've been bought 10 laptops I feel like I been ripped off”

“It was a whole month and I never received my order. The CEO claimed he was working on my order and would have it shipped in 2 business days. It never happened. It's a waste of time and money. Although my bank got my money back for me. They don't refund you. It's best to go through your bank to get your money back.”

“Wow, someone must be pumping up this rating on here. This company is such a scam. I placed my order on March 13th, never received it. Same issue as EVERYONE else. No contact, no responses, item says shipped - website now not working....Thankfully my bank refunded my money when i disputed the charge as fraud. If you now type top tech electronics or top tech wholesale, they have a New York address instead of the menlo park, ca address. This company is a total rip off. Did anyone else receive an email "letter" from the CEO of the company saying that orders since March 15th were affected by a glitch, and he was going to personally call every order to cancel and resubmit with expedited shipping??? hahah, yeah right dude. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING THIS COMPANY RUN THE OTHER WAY FAST. Headache after headache for a month trying to get answers.”

“So far, no updated info from this company after I ordered a laptop eight days ago. Their website says "toptechwholesale.com is currently unavailable." No email replies. Will pursue a refund with my credit card company. “I ordered and paid for a laptop computer on March 9th. I have followed up several times with a company and they keep assuring me that they are going to send my laptop. This is just a fraud and if a company. I will be contacting the necessary authorities today. I work for the Secret Service for a while and they actually are involved in fraud like this so I'll be calling my friend Stan today at the Secret Service.”

“I ordered a laptop on March 3, 2020 that was to be shipped via USPS by 3/9/2020. I never was given a tracking number or date and the laptop wasn't received. After several emails to them and being told various stories regarding its shipment, by 3/12/2020 it was obviously a scam. It was to be expedited twice. I disputed the transaction with my bank. On April 2, 2020 they sent an email stating my computer was shipped via TradeGecko, but no tracking number or date was provided. Neither was a link to their 'store'. I searched the internet and found that TradeGecko is an inventory and production app, not a company. I sent a final email to the CEO of Top Tech Wholesale requesting an immediate refund but received no reply. They have been reported to the BBB, FTC and Colorado AG Office.”

“IT IS SCAM. IT IS SCAM. I BOUGHT A LAPTOP AND I DID NOT RECEIVE IT. THEY NEVER SEND ME TRACKING NUMBER. I HAVE BEEN CALLING MANY TIMES, I LEFT MESSAGES. THE WEBSITE IS NOT AVAILABLE : https://toptechwholesale.com/account/login I SENT EMAILS MANY TIMES THEY DID RESPOND ME BACK. BUT IS FUNNY. THE LAST EMAIL SUBJECT FROM THEM. SAID " Great News!! Your order has been shipped! IT WAS A GIFT BIRTHDAY FOR MY SON”

“This company is fraudulent. It seems like they might have sent some product out in the beginning, but now, they aren't. They take your money, give you the same song and dance and then cut communication. Communicate the situation with your banks, file a case with the FTC and your local police department. It's time to work together to stop Sam Lorenz and this fraud.”

“I ordered March 24th they claim if i ordered within a few hours the laptop would be shipped the next day. The next day they sent me a tracking number, however weeks later laptop never shipped. I called their number and emailed them at least 10 times, also the biggest joke is the call back number. Their phone number keeps telling you they cannot take the call please leave a message. My order number is 2819. By the way i filed in resolution center to get my money back.”

“my experience is like all others. placed order 3/14 never received my laptop. Cant get through to anyone, cant get email response either. Set up call back with a rep on their site, but never got a call. Stay away from this company! Reported scam with BBB today. I suggest you do the same!”

“Hey people, Do not Buy from this place. IT IS A BIG SCAM. do your research and make your own decision. I ordered a lap top but never received it. I tried to contact hem multiple times but they kept ignoring my e-mails. If you do your research you will see that many people have been screwed by this company. Do your wallet a favor and avoid this company.”

“I ordered a laptop from them on February 12, 2020. Never received it. Contacted them 6 times before they supposedly “authorized a refund”. Have yet to receive my money back. In fact I have contacted them 16 times total since I first placed my order and still nothing has happened. They tell they will call but never call. You set up a phone appointment and they never call. This company is nothing more than thieves.”
