“We received excellent service from Annmarie and Briony when re mortgaging to consolidate some debts. Nothing was too much trouble and they dealt with us in a caring and considerate manor putting us at ease through the whole process. Having quite a bit of debt that we needed to consolidate I wasnt looking forwards to the process but felt no judgement what so ever from Annmarie and we feel that she has really helped us out of a bad situation. Thank you so much. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your services and will be returning in two years time when our mortgage is up for review again.”

“Ann Marie was professional and knowledgeable. I felt like she was advising me always with regard to the best financial solution for myself. When asked to check another option (despite prob instinctively not being suitable) she did so and logically explained the benefits and negatives of the other approach; comparing with data and a good explanation. She responded to all work in a timely manner and drove through some extra information checks when required.”

“I was advised by Annmarie that she had been able to put together a proposal to a mortgage company which met my needs, only for her to realise about a week later that what she could offer fell considerably short of what I would need, therefore it wasn't worth going ahead with it.”

HI there thanks for you review we take any negative feedback seriously as we pride ourselves in offering a first class service to our customers. We did try numerous lenders in terms of getting you an approved mortgage. Sometimes on further investigation with the mortgage company or because lenders change their criteria on a regular basis without advising advisors in advance circumstances change.
