“I was advised by Annmarie that she had been able to put together a proposal to a mortgage company which met my needs, only for her to realise about a week later that what she could offer fell considerably short of what I would need, therefore it wasn't worth going ahead with it.”

HI there thanks for you review we take any negative feedback seriously as we pride ourselves in offering a first class service to our customers. We did try numerous lenders in terms of getting you an approved mortgage. Sometimes on further investigation with the mortgage company or because lenders change their criteria on a regular basis without advising advisors in advance circumstances change. Until we get to offer stage we can never guarantee any proposal. My apologies you felt we had not served you well on this occasion and we wish you all the very best. Many thanks Annmarie Mintup
