“Constantly loses connection to Quickbooks, the profile edit feature does not allow you to make multiple edits without having to close the program and go back in (one edit at a time). The setup could be simplified.”

“It is inconvenient to be updating an entry within a matter, and the system taking you back to the dashboard instead of keeping you within the matter, so you can continue adding entries and/or making additional corrections to additioanl entries.”

“The software is pretty easy to use once it's setup. I've had to contact TS twice for help (once setting up & another when my PC had issues) and both times the service rep was SUPER nice and helpful. They helped me through each issue step-by-step and easy to follow/learn. Best customer service I think I've gotten from anywhere in a very long time!”
