It was shipped 13th March by 1st class mail but the delivery scan is still showing as not delivered so it looks like it may have gone astray. This delay is disappointing and unfortunately not one we can control as we had shipped the order promptly. Our customer service team will be in touch to resolve this as quickly as possible.
We have checked our email portal and can find no record of any emails from the email address you used to order - unfortunately it looks like any email you sent has not reached us. We can assure you the website is not a scam - we have been trading 2006 and have an excellent online reputation which can be viewed in the public domain.

We shipped the order 1st March by 1st class mail and can see from the tracking it was delivered 11th March - the day after you left this review. Clearly taking 10 days for Royal Mail to deliver is disappointing and we are sorry that this caused you to feel anxiety.
