“I am happy with my tablets but I find my packets of tablets are arriving earlier than I need them I have tried to change this on the website but have been unable to do so. I would like to cancel all tablets and start again, I don't like making payments when I shouldn't have to, I have enough vitamin tablets to cover me for at least the next 3 months as your website doesn't allow you to book reorder for 6 months or 24 weeks as there are 180 tablets in the pack so at 1 a day enough to cover 6 months?”

“Troo appear to be above average in service and quality of product. As a consumer however the efficacy of the goods is difficult to prove. Competition is hammering at fillers in products, and seeing how the Vit C has changed from a capsual to a massive pill, one wonders how much of it is the actual Vc.
The plastic containers are not that good for the environment but do go through the letterbox.”
Hi Colin. Thank you very much for your valued feedback. We just wanted to address your comments of the vitamin C changing. It hasn't changed - it is just that you seem to have ordered a different product on your most recent order than you did in the one before.
For the most recent order you ordered vitamin C 1000mg tablets (https://www.troohealthcare.com/vitamin-c-1000mg-120-tablets) - these are a big tablet and require binders to hold the tablet together. In your previous order, you ordered our Acerola vitamin C, which is a food-form vitamin C supplement (https://www.troohealthcare.com/vitamin-c-cherish-food-form-120-capsules). “This review is no reflection on the product, my reason for the three stars is due to, no reminder in the system of upcoming orders. I have subscribed to other products in the past and always received a reminder that the item would be despatched on a certain date. That way, I could edit the order if necessary. It’s a good thing I am not taking a supplement for memory, as I obviously, now have to remember when to log in and adjust my order!”
“They emailed an offer for 10% off men’s healthcare. I put some items in my trolley and added the offer code getting the message “(code) applied - discount will be given at checkout.”
When I completed the checkout I noticed I had been charged full price.
When I queried this I was told the code didn’t apply to the products I had bought despite the website telling me it had been applied and would show at checkout.
I asked to cancel the order and refund me but apparently they had already been dispatched.
The customer service guy tried to be helpful with the offer of a future discount but I’m not sure I’d use them again.
Might be a genuine website error but it feels like a con.”
Hi Jon. Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you are disappointed with your experience on our website. Just to clarify, as per our communications with you, the code you tried to use was for products in the men's health category only - this was made clear in the offer that the coupon was sent with. The message that appears in the shopping basket when you applied the coupon is 'Total: Calculated During Checkout'. There is no message that says the discount will be given at this point. To get a discount you would have to add valid products to your order - i.e. products from the men's health category in this instance.
We noted your disappointment in your communications with us and, as a gesture of goodwill, we offered you the discount (even though the product you ordered was not subject to discount) in the form of loyalty points which you can use on your next order. We also offered you the opportunity to return the order for a full refund. You decided to take the discount in points and these are now in your account. In no way did we try to mis-lead or 'con' you, nor would we ever do that to any of our customers.
