We shipped the order 1st March by 1st class mail and can see from the tracking it was delivered 11th March - the day after you left this review. Clearly taking 10 days for Royal Mail to deliver is disappointing and we are sorry that this caused you to feel anxiety. “Exceptionally speedy delivery. Quality products. BUT please return to using the thin foil as the tamper proof cover on the container opening. The new thicker cover is impossible to remove by hand (especially if you are elderly and are taking the tablets due to stiffness/lack of mobility in the hand) and I had to resort to stabbing and ripping it with sharp scissors - not recommended!”
