“I purchased the 2.0 pro. Unfortunately it was on back order until April 1. They offered to send me the 2.0 at no cost while I wait for the pro. A few days later I was back on their website looking at other products . I saw that they had a promo with the 2.0 pro and a free serum, which was not available a few days prior, at the same price I paid. I emailed them and they honored me that same promo. I purchased my Nood 2.0 pro directly through Nood and their customer service has been stellar! I received the 2.0 and used it for the last night. So far, so good! No complaints! Customer service goes a long way these days and they have gone above and beyond. Kudos!”
