“They try to be sneaky and get you to pay like 40$ a month when you buy the kit and then make it difficult to cancel. Eventually when my order came it only came with the razor and gel. I paid over $200 for a disposable razor. When i tried to contact customer support the only thing i could find buried deep in their website was an email. No phone number. Im tired of all these con artist scummy trend companies.”

“It has officially been a year since I purchased the flasher. I finished the original 8 week treatment and kept up with touch ups every two weeks instead of twice every week, but all the hair started to come back. I thought I possibly didn’t treat long enough, so I did an additional 7 weeks of biweekly, three times over treatments. The hair was gone after both long treatments, but it all grows back within a few months time, even with touch ups. Unfortunate purchase that I would not recommend unless you don’t mind continuous treatment.”

“After the first test, I felt a rug burn after wards, then a day or 2 later an abrasion appeared. I thought maybe I pressed a little too hard so I tried another skin test and it's not doing anything at all. Wish I could return.”

“Very disappointed, only saw about 50% hair reduction even well after the 8 weeks using the device exactly as instructed and did the maintenance flashing, and now hair is just growing back full force”

“Charged $250 ordered the entire kit with serums and received ONLY the serums! No response from customer service! No device in the package!! So upset!”

“My device stopped working and the emails I sent through this website bounced back as undeliverable. It took over 8 weeks for me to notice a small patch of no hair on my legs, and I was planning to give it more time to see if it would eventually remove all the hair from my legs. Unfortunately I can’t continue trying it now that it will no longer turn on.”

“When my shipment arrived it included only the before and after care. The device wasn't in the package and there was no invoice in the package. I found no phone number on the website to call and talk to anyone and did not receive a response to the email I sent.”

“After 6 months of level 7 and 20,000 treatments to same area (black hair) there is no difference in hair growth. I was a fool to spend $200 on this product. Don’t buy it.”

“They were sold out so they sent people to Target and sent out Vanilla Gift Cards to complete the transaction. Primary issue, Target doesn't accept these cards. So now trying to figure out what to do as they said refunds are not possible once the card has been issued. This is an absolute botch job and clearly not well thought out. Instead of getting my backordered item faster, I'm stuck with a card that won't work.”
