“I had such high hopes…but unfortunately after following the directions 100%…4months of using 2x a week…I have not noticed any changes 😞 And I’m out $200”

“I am surprised you are asking me. I already gave feedback and I emailed you with my disappointment. I loved the eraser when I used it on dry skin. Then I tried it in the shower and it SHREDDED my ARMS AND BACK. You have no warnings outside of not using it after moisturizing. DO NIT LET PEOPLE USE THIS WET. I will be reporting you to the better business bureau unless I hear back soon because you have a product that is clearly untested. I will send you the pic of my bloody arm to prove this.”

“I was super excited about this product. Turned out to be nothing more than glorified sandpaper. The rash caused by the eraser is way worse than razor burn. Completely dissatisfied.”

“This doesn’t really work. It would take so long to do hair removal from your legs or arms that it’s just not worth it. Plus, by the time you actually got the hair removed, your skin is so raw it hurts for days. I would not recommend this to someone else.”

“I’m a fan of the flasher, but the eraser did not work for me. Everywhere I tried it I ended up with tender skin and redness that lasted for a couple days. I used light pressure and tried both dry and wet with the same result. Great idea in concept and probably works for many, just not going to be a product I use moving forward.”

“This thing takes way too much time - they get you on a subscription then when you get a text it says you have nothing in your cart and it's a pain in the ass to cacel - don't waste your money go to a real salon and get hair removal it takes 20 minutes to do your whole body and actually works.”

“The power button stopped working right after the one year warranty ran out. Literally just broke sitting in the box and Nood's customer service is not following up on this defect. It is useless if you can't keep using it as it doesn't permanently remove hair, you have to keep using it because hair does come back. It just sort of beats the hair back for a time.”

“My wife and I both are using the Nood and it has had disappointing results for both of us. The explanation off how to use it was terrible. I wish it worked for both of us but mostly for her, but it did not. Make sure you are aware of your timeline.”

“I was more disappointed with the customer service rather than the product. I ordered it December 13 and the ship date was the 18th. Three day later I get an email saying that they couldn't even give me an estimate of when it would be shipped, and I emailed asking them to cancel the order and a refund. They offered me $10 back, that I never got. I started receiving emails from them asking how I like it and if I wanted to subscribe to something?.?.? I replied again I haven't gotten it and wanted to cancel. I received the normal "I'm sorry for the delay..." Now that I have it, I don't like it and can't really see any difference. I will be returning it.”
