“Mine doesn’t even turn on”

“I'm fairly certain, at this point, that this company is a scam. My husband bought me one for Christmas, purchased on 12-10, and it still has not arrived. Further, NO ONE in customer service answers messages via email or via social media. They took our money, and not an insignificant amount, and will not provide any assurances that the product will come. Because I can't get a hold of a human being, we're likely going to have to go through charge back with our bank, which is a huge hassle. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY on this product.”

“I have fair skin and dark hair... should be a perfect candidate. I have tried other brands of home IPL (Braun) which worked for me. But Nood didn't seem to work at all. If there was any reduction of hair it wasn't noticeable. Disappointed... I will probably re-buy the Braun one that worked for me.”

“I haven’t used yet, but I am very excited to start. I’ve been trying all night to set up my account but due to the password/verify situation that pops up at the same time. I my phone did not save the ‘suggested password’ and I have unsuccessfully tried multiple times to reset the password and just going in circles to log in.”

“This device left permanent markings everywhere I used it the size of the lasered square. My skin is damaged and there is 0 percent m improvement on hair loss. Doesn’t work and I’ve damaged my skin.”

“Ordered over a week ago no confirmation number can't get a straight answer out of anyone if im getting my item or not there is no number to call can't get a email response that means anything at all. Would love my item or my money back think im not getting either and i was scammed”

“I've been treating five different areas for the last eight weeks & unfortunately have seen no results whatsoever in four of those areas; the only area that may have some results, I can't completely tell if it's only from the hair always being singed off. I'm very disappointed. I've been doing only one of my armpits so that I'd be able to see the difference between the two, but you tell me if you can determine which one has had 16 treatments. In another area I've treated, I can count the individual hairs - it's got the exact same number today as it did eight weeks ago.”

“Returned. I hated this product. I used it religiously on my legs, bikini and underarms for 8 weeks and saw little to no results. I had really high hopes too. The only place I noticed even a slight difference was my underarms and the hair seemed slightly softer but still grew back at the same pace as before. I hated how long it took to do treatments, having to pass over each area 3 times was time consuming; it would take me an hour or more to treat just my legs. The only positive thing I have to say is that the return process was easy; still waiting on my refund though. Save yourself the trouble and spend the extra money and buy a product you only have to do one pass over per treatment.”

“I did not have a good experience with Nood. Spent too much time using the device with zero results, and I have light skin with dark hair. If you’re looking for long lasting hair removal, just go with the real laser.”

“CONS: 1. Did not get good results even though I’m the ideal candidate and was diligent with my treatments. 2. PAINFUL. I’ve had laser hair removal services that were comparable and didn’t take as long. 3. The treatments aren’t as quick as advertised. You have to flash each area three times, which adds on significant time. Definitely had a hard time fitting it into my busy schedule. 4. I had to take a break from the treatments due to significant life changes, so I fell out of the 1-year warranty. Still have 582k flashes left out of the initial 600k, and it no longer flashes. **That means I only got the product to work 3% of what it should have. ** PRO: Customer service had same day responses OVERALL: WASTE OF MONEY”

“Ordered this 12 days ago and it's still on it's way to a USPS facility. Seriously? If you're going to sell a high-priced product you need to ship it quickly. Hopefully, the device works. I wish I had seen all these bad reviews before I bought it. Why can't American companies be trustworthy anymore?”

“I received my device and bottles the beginning of September. I very carefully read the directions several times. Stated the trail on level one. Got to number 3 and forgot so i had to start over at one again. Started over and for 11 weeks I've faithfully did this twice a week after finding the correct level. I still hang the same amount and thickness I did before I started. Don't waste your time or your $250.”

“I received an electrical shock from this unit while using it on my underarm. It traveled down to my hand and left me in a lot of pain. The company never recognized this nor responded with concern when I contacted them. I sent the unit back as quickly as I could get it in the box. I do not recommend it.”

“I bought nood and was super excited to use it. The first device they sent worked for about 10 flashes then stopped. I worked with customer service for an exchange (they were really nice). The second device they sent did not work at all. I returned it for a full refund.”

“I have the exact right type of skin/hair combo and used it exactly as directed: shaved close and then used it on the highest setting 2-3 times per week for 15 weeks now and have tried it on my legs, armpits, and bikini area. Has not been effective in any area. At best, I would say it now takes 2 days to grow as much hair as it used to grow in 1 day, but after that, it's about the same. It has not cut down on how much I have to shave at all. It takes over an hour each session so to have essentially no results, I'm very bummed.”
