“The products are great. At least, the products I've received. It has been 7 weeks since I ordered and I still haven't received the second half of my order. No delay was communicated to me until I reached out. I've been told twice by support that the items will ship by a specific date and neither time have they shipped. Support has offered no additional resolution for the late products, even a discount on the consumables would have helped.”

“Delivery has been a mess. I ordered my kit at black Friday and still have not received my serum to get started. 20 days after still waiting for the serum that they did not say until i asked that they ran out of stock. Bad communication mechanisms. All my excitement for the product is gone because of this initial experience…not sure what to expect when the serum gets here. Its very disappointing”

“Doesn't remove much hair. Does a nice job exfoliating skin, but I still had a lot of hair left on my legs, even after an extensive amount of time using this product. I'm not particularly hairy, so maybe this would work better on someone with thicker or coarser hair. Overall it's a fail for me.”

“I did not mark “Very poor because I am grateful for the descriptive boxing outlining the skin tones the device is most effective/ intended for . And even further for the very informative user guide booklet supplied in the box. It was here that I decided the safest bet is for me to return my Flasher 2.0 device out if concern for my richer skin tone and desire to avoid burning or hyperpigmentation and other possible damage . The Happy Returns affiliation was a relieving method to discover as highly convenient a return option . Unfortunately, I was looking forward to trying it out . But better safe than sorry .”

“I have been using the Nood for over a year with minimal to no noticeable reduction in hair on my neck, shoulders and balls. I have seen a slight reduction on my back. The treatments take much longer than 10 minutes. I do not recommend the Nood.”

“I was really excited about this product and it was relatively easy to get started. I went through all the skin safety steps and began on my legs at a 4. Due to the busyness of my life I used it about once a week (understanding it would be slower to work) and I did see some progress. My issue has nothing to due with the progress and everything to do with the fact that when I reached out to them on multiple occasions about the fact that I had begun to notice my unit heating up more than it had before and ending up with hives on a couple of occasions (apparently a rare side effect of laser hair removal) - other than one email asking for some additional information that I provided since it was my husband who had ordered it for me with a different email - I have gotten no help in exactly a month's time. I wasn't even looking for a refund at that point - just insight on what to do and zero help was given. I'm beyond frustrated with their lack of customer service at this point.”

“After consistently using on the highest intensity for 6 months, I'm pretty disappointed in the Nood device. I have dark brown hair and skin on the lighter side. Despite exfoliating, shaving, and using consistently for months, I've seen only a very minor reduction in hair growth. The armpits seem to have responded the best, but I still have to shave twice a week at least. The tracking app seems like a great idea, but after 4 months of tracking it stopped working, I can't regain my progress so I just gave up on tracking. I'll keep using it until it stops working, but I don't see a reason to buy from this place again.”

“Flasher stopped working after 4 weeks. I was only using on my underarms, which is not very many flashes. I have contacted customer services with no response. It does actually work for hair removal-I was seeing a difference and not needing to shave as often. Would love it if it kept working.”
