“The device was shipped quickly and for a fair price... if it worked. I have dark hair and fair skin, which according to the chart should be the most effective. I've used the device for 6 months consistently on three areas, and I have not noticed a reduction in hair growth or anything. I kept using it, hoping that would change, but one day the device just wouldn't turn on. I tried several different outlets, but it has completely stopped working altogether. Since it is outside the 90 day window (in which I did not see results but opted to keep trying), I can no longer get a refund, even when the product won't turn on. Save your money- from the performance of this product it seems many of these reviews must be incentivized.”

“This product does not work and their return policy expires before you are supposed to see results. I'm very dissapointed. I followed the instructions exactly as prescribed and I have seen ZERO change in my underarm hair. Don't waste your money! Go elsewhere for hair removal!”

“I bought the Nood on 9/5/23 and have not seen any results. I was hoping by now(almost 8 weeks) my hairs would at least be thinner. Disappointing. I feel I wasted $208.00”

“I used this on a strict regiment and went past 16 weeks on my underarms, pubic area, lip, and legs. For reference, I have fair skin and medium thick hair that is black/dark brown. I don’t shave my legs. I’ve used laser hair removal and had great success from that. But when I used Nood I didn’t see results in any area I was using it on. I was able to return it for full price. Attached is a picture of my legs two months after completing the Nood process.”

“I have light skin and dark hairs and this barely worked for my armpits (only thing I tried). I did it 2-3 times a week for two months and nothing. Maybe I need to give it another try. But unfortunately, it broke within 10 months of ownership. Had high hopes, but do not recommend :(”

“I have been very disappointed in this IPL device. I have light-medium skin, and dark hair. According to the chart this device should work well for my hair removal. I have followed all instructions to use this 3 days per week, on the same days consistently, at the highest tolerated intensity for at least 3 passes. I have been using this for 5 months in this manner; NOTHING. It also is often painful at the 6 and 7 intensity. If I had to guess, this device is not powerful enough to get to coarse hair follicles (although it is advertised to treat armpit and bikini and who does not have coarse hair here?). I tried to discuss this with customer service, but they just told me it may take longer for some. When I still did not have results, they told me I was outside of the return window. I just wish I could get my money back at this point.”

“I purchased the Flasher 2.0 in May 2022. I used it in my legs, bikini, underarms and upper lip twice. The 1st time I had no issues. The second time I notice about 30 mins after I had red welts on my legs. These eventually turned into darker scab like lines then white scars. I thought that my legs would prob even out over the summer and they would eventually disappear. I wanted to give more than enough time before I wrote a review to see what would happen. It’s now November, about 6 months later and the scars are still VERY much there! I have not used this since the second pass in May. I have had Tiger striped legs for 6 months now! Thank god this did not happen to my face!!!!!!! But I will def not give it the chance to mark up and more of my body. To be VERY clear, I followed all the instructions and only had this result on my legs. Why legs were very light at the beginning of May as it hadn’t been warm enough yet to wear shorts. I am not just letting my hair grow out to go back to waxing 😕”

“I have not seen results from Nood Flasher 2.0. I have tried it for 3 months and the picture will show my poor results.I unfortunately have missed the return window. I would not purchase if you have light brown hair.”

“I was initially excited about my Kit but after two uses, the Nood 2.0 Flasher stopped working. I was not offered a refund, rather, an exchange. Who would want to replace a faulty product with another potentially faulty product? I've lost confidence in the brand.”

“Within a single second, it felt like a severe sunburn on the lowest setting. I'm not a sensitive gal, but I also don't enjoy severe pain. No thank you Nood - I have no interest in subjecting myself to so much pain. I will stick with waxing.”

“placed my order about a month and a half ago. My shipment never made it to me and was instead returned to sender. No response from customer service even though I have sent multiple emails trying to either get a new shipment sent or a refund. really frustrating.”

“I've been using nood regularly, according to the directions, for 3 months. Treatment areas have been my armpits and also my bikini area. I've not seen any change in the hair on either area. I also now have been having allergic reactions to my deodorant (which I've been using for years with no issues) and I have to shave my armpit more often because the hair growth agitates my skin. Using nood has made my skin more sensitive. Do not recommend”

“Useless. I have the ideal skin and hair type (pale skin, very dark hair) and so I was really hoping it would work on my facial hair as I have PMS and it's embarrassing. The FAQ states Nood should work with those who have PMS, and though I used the highest settings, every other day (or at least every three days), for FOUR months, it did absolutely nothing. Nood recommends giving at least two months for results, so I thought four would do the trick, but no. I don't think their return policy is reasonable - if you have to wait at LEAST two months for results, then you really only have one month to return, and at that point, you're JUST (supposedly) beginning to see results, and you don't know yet if they'll be enough to justify the cost of the product. I think there should be at least a 120 day refund policy. Also, even on lower settings, at times the product would literally shock me, far beyond the slight tingle I was feeling before. I had to try different things, like not clenching my jaw when doing the jawline, and make sure I wasn't touching metal or carpeting. Very disappointed in the lack of results but more so in Noods unwillingness to refund me for a product that doesn't work, despite me having the prime skin tone/hair color combination, and using the product correctly.”
