“If you have trouble with your drains then this is the company to go to. I phoned in the afternoon, and the lady I spoke to sounded apologetic that she could not get anyone to me until 8.00 the next morning! At this point I asked if i could be the second job, not the first - no problem. Martin solved my problems within the one hour time frame, he is pleasant, professional, friendly, and talked to me, not at me, a pleasure to meet. There were no extra charges and surprise "add-ons: Any more problems, and I know which company I will turn to for help. If I have any more problems I know which company will be my first port of all.”

“What a pleasure it was to have Martin from TWC call today, he managed to pressure jet and cut through the silt buildup of many years. He was such a pleasant gentleman who worked professionally to make our drains free flowing again. “Friday morning, visitors expected sewer blocked nightmare !! A phonecall to Draincare a pleasant lady said no problem an engineer will be with you later today. About 1 hour later Martin arrived. Within the hour problem solved. What first class service fantastic and well done highly recommend.”

“This is the second time we have used TWC. What an outstanding service. From our first phone call at 5.45 pm in the evening, we felt reassured that our problem could be dealt with in a timely manner. “I made the call to TWC the lady was happy, helpful and arrange a visit within the next 2. Hours. Charlie came checked our blocked drain. Got to work on clearing it out.
