“TWC came to my home today and did an excellent job clearing my blocked drain in a professional and helpful way he explained the process and problem found completing the work with great efficiency everything left as it was on arrival I am a 73 year old pensioner and I was very surprised at the reasonable pricing which helped me greatly I shall recommend your company to friends and family and will have no hesitation in calling again for further problems This gentleman was a great representative of your business Thank You”

“I had a blocked drain and Julie arranged for Martin to come out next day. He arrived promptly and identified the problem which was a partly collapsed drain which he expertly cleared to get it flowing again on a temporary basis but said he would have to return to line the pipe to prevent future problems. I was given an estimate for the work to be done which was very reasonable and 2 days later Martin came back to do the work even though he had to work through torrential rain and got thoroughly soaked - after which the drain worked perfectly! Would definitely give both Martin and his colleague's ten out of 10 for efficiency all the work done at a reasonable cost.”

“Excellent service. I left an email message in the evening about a non-urgent blockage, they contacted me first thing next morning to discuss and by 1:30pm the same day the blockage had been cleared and the pipes thoroughly cleaned to prevent a re-occurence. Highly recommended.”

“After watching YouTube and trying to unblock our sink I had to admit defeat. We found TWC in our doorstep magazine and next day Martin turned up on time was polite and explained several courses of action, he used a camera to find the problem which was a large deposit of fat at a pipe junction, he then proceeded to unblock it with a special high pressure hose, I have made this sound simple but it wasn’t. I would highly recommend this company and we have stored there information for future reference for us or friends.”

“The man that came to service our drains was very nice and professional. Our back “garden” was covered in human waste from multiple houses and he handled it so well without making us feel embarrassed about the mess. He was quick and efficient and sorted the problem out!”

The lady who answered was very sympathetic and after explaining my details arranged for an engineer to visit the next day. The engineer arrived promptly the next morning and within 20 minutes the blocked drain was cleared with no mess. £160.00 for the call out was worth the money with no hassle.
