“We had what appeared to be a restriction in our foul drain. So called TWC and available the next day, Saturday. Martin arrived on time and got to work, quickly finding the problem - tree roots had found their way in, causing the restriction. All quickly sorted! Nice and quick, tidy and great value!”

“TWC Draincare rearranged their engineers route, to include me as an emergency at the end of the day. Charlie arrived when he said he would and 45 minutes later my drains were running again. He was polite, knowledgeable and determined to sort the issue out. I am so grateful, as it was just one more thing to have to get sorted when I was feeling so ill.”

“I was concerned that there was a major problem with the drains. The drainage engineer re-assured me, dealt with the problem quickly. Arrived at the time expected and worked tidily. He explained what the issue had been and what caused it. Pre-retirement, part of my work with a local authority was as an NVQ Level 3 Customer Services assessor. Your drainage engineer was pleasant, helpful and provided an excellent level of customer service.”

“From my initial tel call with Julie to Steve who came out I cannot fault this company. Julie was friendly, helpful and efficient on the call. Listening to my problem with the blocked drain, offering solutions, telling me exactly how much it would cost. Steve arrived on time, was again friendly and answered all my questions as I was intrigued as to what was causing the blockage. He willingly let me watch everything and I saw the camera footage. The drain was unblocked in no time, he offered helpful tips as to how to manage it and also took payment whilst he was here. My dealings with these two individuals was first class. Will definitely use again if I have any issues”

“I would give this company 10 stars out of 5 if I could. Phoned on a Sunday afternoon expecting to leave a message about an extremely urgent issue. However, Peter answered and was enormously helpful. He arranged for an early visit from the drainage engineer, Stephen, who was equally helpful. He sorted the problem completely in about an hour that three other companies had failed to resolve. I had never heard of TWC before, but they will now be my 'go to' drainage company in future. In short, they are responsive, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and effective. I cannot praise them too highly. Moreover, the costs were clear and transparent right from the start and communication is 'on the button'. I wish all companies were like them. THANK YOU SO MUCH.”

“We had an intermittent problem with a bad smell in the kitchen. Julie couldn't have been more helpful and arranged an engineer visit for later in the morning. Charlie came and with the aid of his camera, identified the problem very quickly. He checked all drains whilst he was here and discussed solutions for our specific problem. He was friendly, thorough and we would have no hesitation in using the company again.”

“Toilet blocked so decided to have a new toilet fitted as the old one was one of those horrible boxed in 'things' where to get at anything behind you have to dismantle the whole structure. But the blockage was beyond my plumber's talents. Finally called out TWC. Charlie quickly identified the issue and managed to clear the blockage. Everything running fine now - just waiting for my plumber to come and fit the toilet. Then I can refrain from having to use Tescos facilities. Excellent service from TWC 5*”
