“Very impressed with the speediness of delivery. I found a mouldy one at the bottom of the box. Perhaps advice to unpack promptly should be on the box? I know it's early in the season but I found the fruit rather sour, I think I'll wait until later in the season in future before ordering my favourite fruit.”

“You should make use of a delivery company that is willing to go the extra bit not NZ Post, our gift was undelivered as it was not a straight forward address. So we had to personally collect from NZ Post and deliver to the recipient.
Get a selection of nice wicker baskets which displays fruit nicely and presents more like a gift, boxes don't really say "special". Other than that your fruit was enjoyed and appreciated.”

“Lovely fruit but too much citrus, would be good to be able to say a couple of options you don't want included For example medication we are on in our house means we can't have grapefruit and we have a lemon tree so I would just have oranges , mandarins and limes”

“I am still waiting for those BIG navel oranges from last year to be included in my orders. This year - while those I've had from two orders have been quite sweet - they've been small. 6+ to the kilogram, rather than the 4 of the advertising.”

We apologize for the smaller size of the navel oranges in your recent orders. We understand your disappointment and want to assure you that we are constantly working to improve our product selection. We try not to put too small oranges and mix with big and medium sizes - unfortunately, some fruit are smaller than usual year due to the cyclone and all the rain we had, so sorry.
