Most fruit were soft. Didn't seem fresh. Disappointed.

Maybe I should have chosen my own varity of mixed fruit, also I wouldn't recommend ordering from the south island again as the fruit did knocked around during being transported and some were starting to be over ripe.

I was really disappointed in the cherries. A lot of the cherries on the bottom half of the container were mushy and didn't have much taste! I had to throw about half of them away!

unfortunately there was some mouldy fruit in this batch - this had never happened before , have always had great success, also unfortunately i sent a message and have not heard back from them😢

I am a bit disappointed with this time of order. I expected the size of the fruit to be consistent. I ordered a 9kg lemonade, although it was on sale, a $8.8per kg of lemonade is not cheap. But there were a lot of small sizes of the lemonade in the box. The blood orange($17.5 per kg) I ordered also very small size like a size 6-7 eggs. It would be good if you put on the website that the sizes are varying, so the customers will know what to expect. With the high price of fruits, customers would expect the quality of the fruit is higher standard than the one you could get from the local shop. Still love to support the local businesses and growers, please consider this is a feedback for improving the business.

Hi Juliette, Thank you for your order and so sorry that our auto email went to you re Seville oranges. This is a pre order and we will be able to dispatch on Monday 12th. We were taking pre orders for Seville while we were waiting for the oranges to be perfectly ripen on the trees - we need some cold nights for colouring up. Again, we are so sorry that the email went to you before the dispatch.

Pre ordered oranges, ,I waited all week the week they were coming. Never arrived. Twisted citrus communication for this product was disappointing. Normally twisted citrus are excellent in communication. I know there was flooding in gisborne before the islands arrived ,,but we have had a few rotten oranges. Again this unusual twisted citrus normally have high quality fruit.

Product Quality. Unfortunately there were a number of mouldy fruit in the box when it arrived. I did however advise Bron who was really great and apologised and offered a discount but it was more to advise you that perhaps when shipping to South Island you need to be aware of the travel time at this time of the year.

Ordered on the Tuesday never received till the Saturday some had clear rot. The fruit was picked over ripe. Did email them to tell them there was a problem but never heard back

I've had two boxes of good limes, one box of sour, tough mandarins (refunded) and one box of oranges. Two days after the oranges arrived, I saw two out of 15 oranges were rotten. I was disappointed, especially as oranges are Twisted Citrus main boast.

I was actually pretty disappointed with the size of the passionfruit, considering you pay by each fruit rather than by weight. Apart from that service was good as usual.

At least 50 percent of the lemons were dry and inedible inside.. Of course it can happen... Bad luck I suppose...
