“You should make use of a delivery company that is willing to go the extra bit not NZ Post, our gift was undelivered as it was not a straight forward address. So we had to personally collect from NZ Post and deliver to the recipient.
Get a selection of nice wicker baskets which displays fruit nicely and presents more like a gift, boxes don't really say "special". Other than that your fruit was enjoyed and appreciated.”

“Always happy with how fresh the fruit is on delivery, except for my latest order where the Lady Finger bananas arrived black and bruised - both bunches, which was very disappointing. However, Customer Service were very quick to provide a 0% discount off my next order to compensate for the poor quality of the bananas.”

“We just received our delivery now unfortunately. I was sent by nz couriers, they then delivered to the NZ post depo in Picton late Thursday afternoon so must have sat there for 5 days, before coming to us. The avos and kiwi fruit are soft brown and mushy unfortunately!”
