“The nearly 20 dollars I paid in shipping would have been fine if I got it the next day but I waited over a week. Price your products truthfully instead of hiding prices in "shipping" and you might get more repeat business.”
“The medal looks very nice. However, three weeks after reviewing the artwork and giving approval, I had not heard anything about my order. After I reached out to get an update on the status, no one responded. But I got an automated message saying my order was ready to be shipped. Clearly my order was ready, but had been forgotten. Mistakes happen, but a response to my email apologizing for the delay would have been nice. We had emailed back and forth previously, so these were not unmanned emails.”
