“Ordered a specific belt, received a completely different belt. I had to reach out multiple times to even get a response about why I received the wrong belt and to start the return process. Got the belt sent off to be returned and still have yet to get my money back. Would not recommend.”
“Awful customer service. I received the product that I specifically asked to be hemmed to 32 length. It had to be close to a 36 length and nearly dragging on the floor while I wore boots. If I had not been wearing boots, it absolutely would be dragging. I reached out to return the pants and was told that I would have to pay to return them....even though it was their mistake. The only other option would be to have a local tailor make adjustments and I would supposedly receive a refund for that part. The only problem is that I have tried now twice (via email) to get a follow-up on how that would work and received no communication. I'd recommend buying elsewhere.”
“I was sent the wrong color pants. I ordered khaki and was sent black. My police department wears khaki pants. I called and spoke to a man who was very rude. I sent the pants back. I have not heard anything from me your company. I will make sure myself and my rest of my officers.We're not buy anything from you. I didn't get a refund and I didn't get the pants replaced.”
“I had hoped to give a higher rating, however, I had to experience too much back and forth in hopes to resolve a defective XS shirt delivered to me and to request an exchange for 3 other XS shirts. I was told that of the 4 XS shirts I shipped back to Uniform Warehouse, that they only received 2 shirts. I purchased a total of 8 shirts and returned 4 XS for an exchange to 4 Medium. Your warehouse has shipped 2 Medium shirts and emailed me a $11.19 gift certificate. Since I needed an exchange for 4 shirts, I just used the gift certificate and guess what upon pressing the order button, the gift certificate code vanished and I was charged $11.19 plus $8.83 shipping (see UW311362), really! I will not recommend this company to any of our affiliates. Uniform Warehouse, it's merchandise, customer service, website ordering does not meet our expectations.”

“Received first order promptly. Ordered 3x needed 2x. Paid for free returns. All good up to this point. Return protocol is not good. Sent items back. It took 12 days from the time they arrived back at the facility till they sent replacement items. This is after I called 2 times. Then I was advised I should have just returned the items and ordered new ones. Jay acted helpful but definitely did not really care.”
“after waiting an extra week from the initial purchase from receiving the other purchased items, in which i purchased those items together. i was highly disappointed in the quality because not only did it took longer it was poor quality, not user friendly, & worst than the original item i purchased years ago. not to mention it took so damn long. this was 1 of the worst experience i've ever been through w/ an online merchant. i would never recommend, endorse, or acknowledge this establishment. not even to my worst enemies. worst experience ever!”
