“Ordered a belt, which was received without any issues. Then ordered 2 more belts, and when the package came, it only had 1 belt in it. I immediately called the company, who wasn't sure what happened, and said they would forward the issue to their warehouse, and someone would get back to me. That was over a week ago, and no one has contacted me. NO CALL, NO BELT, NO REFUND, NOTHING!”

“Ordered a pair of hemmed pants. Pants arrived unhemmed. I asked for a shipping label to return. I received two emails saying I couldnt return hemmed pants. I had at least 6 email and phone exchanges before the problem was solved. I was told a manager would call me; she never did. The initial order was also missing a polo shirt.”
