“Great customer service for my exchanges (it was my mistake). Only negative comment would be the flimsy hemming sew job on my pants. I always have to take them to a tailor to be reinforced.”
“Items were of exceptional quality however I was told I would receive an
email when the shirts were shipped. On day nine I emailed asking status. On day ten I received the email saying shipped, with no explaination of delay. Quite strange it being the day after my inquiry.”
“Prices are fair. My only complaint has been on larger orders. The uniform shirts won't match. They will be different brands and the colors will be off from each other. I used these uniforms for film and TV so sometimes it can be off or distracting if they don't all match. Shipping is a little on the high sid when other companies offer free shipping if you spen a certain amount.”

“I was excited to order from a company that my co-workers had recommended to buy uniforms from. But after reciving my order, I was disappointed that my patches, name tags and not all my items were sent to me. I was under the impression like other orders that I have recieved from the companies, all patches and name tags were already sawn on my uniforms. I ordered 1 ELBECO and 2 Bauwer jumpsuits and recived 3 Bauwer jumpsuits with no patches or name tags sawed on. I had to take time to take all the items to a alteration shop to get my jumpsuits ready for work.”
