“I purchase many articles from UW for my Fire Department, great products great communication . Although
any products purchased that is Shipped by USPS is either lossed in transit, misshipped to other states and then finally arrived extremely late. This needs to be looked at by your shipping department !
USPS is under the gun to be taken over by privatization in the near future. Any order shipped by Fed Ex or UPS arrives on time. I don t mind the shipping cost but the loss and untimely delivery is intolerable !”

ONLY suggestion I would make is that when an item ordered and is out of stock, contact the customer. I have waited on pants in the past that I wouldn’t have know weren’t coming until I called to inquire about the order. UW was very courteous and helpful resolving the issue. Thank you!
