“I am an existing customer. Don't sign up just yet! Great technology and potential, but a company all over the place. * Forget live classes, there are hardly any and mostly early. * Pricing can be confusing especially around their deals and when your "trial" ends (it can just end up being deducted from the total) * You may or may not get the right unit or plug for your country according to many in the group. * No one person watches or comments on the Facebook support group, either its left to its own devices or clients help each other, VERY occasionally a staff member comments - not one figurehead * They had a UK office then shut it down without replacing staff. * Female personal trainers few and far between. One wasnt available at all when I made my choice. * The personal training sessions you sign up for are HALF hours. * Its such a shame because everyone you deal with is young, enthusiastic and focussed, but there's clearly some restructuring, poor management and complete lack of cohesiveness. * Support is VERY part time and half the time "staff shortages" ok so Covid presents challenges for all but you get the feeling there were not enough staff in the first place, after closing down their UK branch, you just keep reading or hearing "bear with / be patient - with us" * Over hyped service for an underwhelming reality.”

“Die Übungen sind sehr vielfältig und das letzte Update bzw. In den letzten Wochen wurden die qualitativ besser. Leider gibt es bei anderen Spiegeln schon die Funktion der Übungsausführungsüberwachung. Das Thema Zubehör ist aber wirklich noch zu überarbeiten. Der Trainer nimmt seine eigenen Gewichte und Bänder. Dann soll man Gewicht hinzufügen. Aber welches - was ist die richtige Menge. Wenn Bänder verwendet werden sollte mit Farben und gleichem Material gearbeitet werden. So hat man deutlich mehr Möglichkeiten sich auf das wesentliche zu konzentrieren. Zusätzlich bringt es euch noch Umsatz.”

“Die Trainings sind super, leider wohne ich 50% im Monat in Portugal, 50 % in der Schweiz. Nach Portugal liefert Vaha nicht und die App vom Telefon lässt mich auch keine Trainings im Ausland machen. Das ist sehr schade”
